About Zanply
Zanply is an independent, English-language publication dedicated to Inclusion Practices — the everyday actions, policies, and cultural shifts that make workplaces, communities, and professional spaces genuinely equitable. We are a content blog, not a consultancy or agency. Our readers come here for grounded stories, practical frameworks, and honest conversations about what inclusion looks like in real careers and real organizations.
Who this site is for
Zanply is built for people who are actively shaping inclusion — whether you’re an HR professional, a team lead, a diversity committee member, an educator, or someone early in your career who wants to build a more equitable workplace. We also write for leaders in community organizations, nonprofit coordinators, and anyone who believes inclusion is a daily practice, not a one-time training.
- Practitioners who need actionable, evidence-informed guidance.
- Managers and executives looking to move beyond surface-level diversity metrics.
- Employees and advocates who want to understand systemic barriers and how to address them.
- Students and researchers seeking real-world case studies and updated best practices.
Topics we cover
Our editorial scope is broad but always grounded in inclusion as a lived practice. We publish across several core areas:
- Community & belonging — building cultures where people feel safe, valued, and heard.
- Careers & advancement — inclusive hiring, retention, sponsorship, and promotion pathways.
- Real-world application stories — honest accounts from organizations that have implemented inclusive policies, including what worked, what didn’t, and why.
- Policy & systems change — accessible accommodations, flexible work, pay equity, and anti-discrimination practices.
- Intersectionality in practice — how overlapping identities (race, gender, disability, neurotype, class, and more) shape inclusion efforts.
We do not publish generic “top 10” lists or motivational fluff. Every article is rooted in research, lived experience, or verifiable organizational change.
Our editorial standards
Trust is the foundation of Zanply. We follow a strict set of editorial principles to ensure our content is reliable, respectful, and useful:
- Verify facts. Every statistic, study reference, and policy claim is checked against primary sources (peer-reviewed journals, official reports, or direct organizational data).
- Update when practices change. Inclusion practices evolve rapidly. We review and revise articles at least annually, and sooner when new research or legal changes emerge. Outdated guidance is clearly marked or removed.
- Name sources transparently. Whenever we share a real-world story or case study, we attribute it to the organization or individual (with permission). Anonymous stories are clearly labeled and used only when necessary for safety or confidentiality.
- No invented credentials. We do not fabricate author biographies, team members, or “years of experience.” Our contributors write from genuine expertise, lived experience, or direct reporting.
- Editorial independence. Sponsored content or partnerships are clearly disclosed. No outside influence shapes our coverage or conclusions.
